Driver FAQ

EZLinQ requires the information to ensure that drivers are properly screened and checked prior to providing the ability to accept runs. The banking information is required to pay you.

Once run is successfully completed and validated by the company, EZLinQ will send you an email with a run receipt. Once you receive this email, EZLinQ will process your payments to your company on file within 14 calendar days and make payment to bank account registered.

You will be paid the exact amount that the company is paying for the run minus 5%.

A driver can cancel an accepted run 4 hours prior to run start time. Anything earlier than 4 hours will affect driver's star rating and can impact the use of the EZLinQ app.

Once run is completed, the posting company will rate the driver based on a set of questions that are to provide EZLinQ with information on satisfaction.

The driver is responsible for dropping it off with the company after he finishes run with all other run paperwork.

EZLinQ requires the information to ensure that companies are properly vetted prior to providing the ability to post runs.

All drivers are vetted by EZLinQ and road tested. In addition, companies will be able to see drivers star rating that is provided directly from other companies that driver has driven for.

EZLinQ rates include $5 posting fee, WSIB, HST, and 10% Administration.

At the time of posting run, credit cards are preauthorized for an amount of run. Once run is successfully completed, invoice amounts are charged to credit card.

EZLinQ settles all accounts with drivers directly.

No, Company is required to provide the truck.

Yes, EZLinQ provides all drivers with WSIB coverage.
